Shipping & Delivery
Every Saintarini piece is handled with the same care it was made with. This page sets out how your order is prepared, dispatched, and delivered — and what you can expect at every stage.
PREPARATION
Orders require 3–5 business days for preparation and quality control before dispatch. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require longer; we will confirm the timeframe with you personally.
DELIVERY WITHIN IRELAND
Tracked delivery within Ireland is available on two services. Standard is complimentary, with delivery in 3–5 days. Express is €10.00, with delivery in 1–2 days. Every order is dispatched with tracking, and your tracking details are sent to you by email as soon as your order is on its way.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you can follow it at every stage. Your tracking details are emailed to you automatically, and you can check the status of your order at any time.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
For valuable pieces, a signature on delivery may be required, depending on the delivery service used for your order.
CHECKING YOUR ADDRESS
Please check your delivery details carefully — your full name, address, Eircode, phone number, and email — before completing payment. Saintarini cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. High-value orders with incomplete or inconsistent delivery information may be held for review before dispatch. If your order is held, we will contact you before it is sent.
FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel is handled according to the delivery service's process, and we will contact you with redelivery or collection instructions. If a parcel is returned to Saintarini, it is inspected on receipt before any refund is arranged, and any additional delivery charge is always communicated to you before it is charged.
DELAYED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel appears to have stopped moving, it may simply be in transit. A parcel is treated as lost only after the delivery service's own investigation, not simply because tracking has paused. If you have any concern about your order, contact us and we will investigate with the delivery service and keep you informed.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver internationally at a flat rate of €17.00 per order. Delivery timescales vary by destination; if you need an estimate for your destination, contact the house before ordering. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, duties, or taxes, which are set by local authorities.
