Ordering

How do I order?

Browse the collections, open a piece, choose your options and add it to your cart. Checkout is secure and your order is confirmed by email.

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes. Custom jewellery is a core part of the house. Start at Start Your Custom Jewellery — your enquiry begins with a conversation, and the piece moves through discussion, design, refinement, craft and presentation. Grillz have a dedicated service: see Custom Grillz.

Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Ireland has Domestic Standard (3–5 days) and Domestic Express (1–2 days) options, and international delivery is available at €17. Full details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Is delivery tracked?

Yes — Saintarini orders are shipped with tracked delivery, and you receive your tracking information with your dispatch confirmation.

Are there customs or import charges?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country; these are set by local authorities and are not controlled by Saintarini.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

Use the Track My Order page and the tracking details sent with your dispatch confirmation. If your tracking has not updated, contact the house and we will check the status of your order.

Custom pieces

How much does a custom piece cost?

Every commission is priced individually — the final price depends on the design, materials, dimensions, stones, craftsmanship and complexity. Sharing an approximate budget helps set the direction.

How long does a custom piece take?

Timing depends on the individual design and is discussed during the consultation.

Products

What materials do you use?

Sterling silver, 9K, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white and rose, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, other gemstones, engraving and a range of finishes. Availability depends on the individual design — see Craft.
